Your responsibilities:

  • You demonstrate high quality leadership and ability to coach, mentor and train team members to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency to achieve targets
  • You are able to gain an appreciation and understanding for the English market in terms of the suppliers and customers
  • You monitor the team and provide guidance on a daily basis 
  • You facilitate problem solving 
  • You invest time in developing the talent of each employee
  • You encourage creativity and constant personal improvement
  • You work closely with our management to accomplish and achieve overall team and company goals

Requirements:

  • You can identify yourself with our company vision
  • You have experience and a proven track record in a fast pace environment
  • You have the eagerness to dive-in, identify and improve a rapidly evolving sales team globally 
  • You distinguish yourself by great communication skills
  • You act as a role model and can relate to your teamby empowering them
  • You preferably have experience in a start-up company 
  • You speak English on a native level
