SPT Worldwide are experts in voice based premium rate billing. Our technology allows us to connect end users in a huge amount of countries across the world directly to premium voice services of multiple genres.

We are a very small company mainly based in Berlin but operate internationally in a niche market. As we grow, we touch on many other business areas but never lose sight that we are a telecommunications company.

In order to expand and grow our business we are looking for a sales-driven, focussed and office-based SALES REPRESENTATIVE (M/F) to join our Berlin Office full-time

Your responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing international customers mainly via Skype and/or email on a daily basis, establishing their needs and finding appropriate solutions

  • Liaising with the carrier manager about news on new number ranges and/or access information in order to sell premium rate numbers and ranges to our customers

  • Updating number rarnges with rate and payout terms and liaising with customers about rate/term changes

  • Maintaining, expanding and establishing our customer base from an existing list or via other streams such as LinkedIn and Google

  • First point of contact for customers in terms of technical problems and troubleshooting to technical department if needed

  • Compiling access lists and distributing them amongst existing customers via Email Marketing channels

  • Allocating and routing numbers to client IP or adding in-house services with the correct rate and terms

  • Sales administration as and when needed

Your Requirements:

  • First professional experience in sales and customer support

  • A sales-driven and comission-focussed individual with a great personality

  • Quick learner who gets things going and finds solutions instead of seeing problems

  • Solid relationships building skills with the eagerness to suceed but still conduct sales in a professional manner

  • Motivation to take on things quickly after the initial training and work without supervision

  • Reliable and committed individual for an office based /non- face to face sales role

  • Pro-active and down-to earth person who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical skills as dealing with different rates, terms and currencies at the same time is required

  • Excellent English is essential and good German useful – both written and spoken.

  • Intermediate Excel skills and affinity for technology

  • You need to be up to work for a small yet profitable company and look for a long-term comittment (We are no start up)

  • A university degree is not necessary
