Our patient- and partner-facing Sales Team plays a vital role in MEDIGO’s success and is seeking talented and dedicated Sales Managers – Spanish / Español (m/f) – Medical Travel & Healthcare. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), available at the earliest possible date, and located in Berlin. Working hours should be weekdays from 2pm to 10pm (excl. break) with the possibility to work from home the second part of the day.

Your tasks

  • Convince prospective patients in their decision making process about medical travel choices mainly via phone to ensure high levels of conversion
  • Conduct qualifying outbound calls to patients to assess and nurture interest in our services, and pro-actively follow-up with our customers
  • Support our inbound customers throughout their journey with all organizational steps until they complete their medical treatment (e.g. organizing visa, transportation, accommodation interpreters as needed)
  • Act as an intermediary between patients and business partners (clinics, health insurers, facilitators and others) within the MEDIGO network
  • Collect feedback from MEDIGO patients on their medical travel experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Your profile

  • You speak Spanish and English on a professional business level
  • You have 2 years experience in a high-performance sales role
  • You have very strong phone skills, and excellent written communication skills
  • You approach problems with a solution oriented mindset
  • You pro-actively follow up with clients, and are highly persistent but also patient and comfortable with a longer sales-cycle
  • You are able to self-manage and work effectively both individually and in a team
  • You are computer literate and familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or ticketing systems
  • A medical background or travel industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong interest in health matters and empathy in dealing with other people’s needs
