- Support implementation of the Sales Strategy
- Monitoring , reporting and analysing results & supporting countries/ regions achieving their annual target
- Build-up competitive intelligence, assists product procurement and improve sales force effectiveness
- Consult Product Management Team regarding Marketing-Mix
- Optimising international know-how transfer (Best practice Cases)
- Forecasting, reporting and initiation of countermeasures
- Contribution in the planning process
- Support the General Manager in sales related daily tasks
- Consulting Product Management regarding Marketing-Mix
Qualifications
- University degree in either economic/marketing or medical engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in pan-European organisation in sales management with a proven success record within the medical devices sector, preferably with consumables
- Ambitious and goal oriented, strong in execution
- Fluent in English and preferably at least another EMEA language
- High analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – dynamic presenter and convincing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, strong teamplayer
- Flexible to travel approx. 40-60%
- Willingness to move to Hamburg
