Job description

  • Support implementation of the Sales Strategy
  • Monitoring , reporting and analysing results & supporting countries/ regions achieving their annual target
  • Build-up competitive intelligence, assists product procurement and improve sales force effectiveness
  • Consult Product Management Team regarding Marketing-Mix
  • Optimising international know-how transfer (Best practice Cases)
  • Forecasting, reporting and initiation of countermeasures
  • Contribution in the planning process
  • Support the General Manager in sales related daily tasks
  • Consulting Product Management regarding Marketing-Mix

Qualifications

  • University degree in either economic/marketing or medical engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience in pan-European organisation in sales management with a proven success record within the medical devices sector, preferably with consumables
  • Ambitious and goal oriented, strong in execution
  • Fluent in English and preferably at least another EMEA language
  • High analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – dynamic presenter and convincing personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, strong teamplayer
  • Flexible to travel approx. 40-60%
  • Willingness to move to Hamburg
