YOUR ROLE
We’re looking for an ambitious, smart and self motivated sales executive to come in and take Caroobi to the next level. This is a rare and exciting role for the right person!
- take care of our English-speaking customers by phone, email and whatsapp
- manage and record interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly improve customer satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent English communication skills (Mother tongue or equivalent), any other language is a plus
- Experience in sales, customer acquisition or customer service is desirable
- Confidence, persuasiveness and determination to create value for the company
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, CRM Software
- Focus on implementation and goal achievement
