Yalwa looks to hire a person skilled in quality assurance/customer support and overlooking the ads on our classifieds site.
Job Requirements
- You will work during the weekends and take the second shift every Thursday and Friday.
- You will evaluate the quality of the ads uploaded by users.
- You will offer solutions to users’ requests in Spanish.
Your Qualifications
- You have finished your training efficiently and acquired additional experience.
- You fluently speak and write in Spanish.
- You understand how Google Chrome and computers operate.
- You are focused on high customer service.
- Preferably, you have worked at a call center and customer support
