Under the close supervision of the Quality Manager, daily work includes final quality check, hygiene control and other aspects of Quality Assurance. Job Duties:

  • Support Production Team out Logistics / QC tasks;
  • In-process control
  • Final quality control
  • Filling, controlling, archiving and administrating the production papers
  • Implementation of GMP standards
  • Identification and quarantining of defect goods
  • In / Out check

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Working proficiency in English;
  • Working proficiency in German;
  • Independent user of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook;
  • Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends;

Personal characteristics:

  • The candidate must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces;
  • The candidate must be very well organized, resourceful, able to communicate with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with a high level of professionalism;
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds and races are required. The candidate must be able to work cooperatively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness;
  • Reliability, discipline, patience and willingness for team work are required;
  • Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule and monitor progress towards goals and track details/data/information/activities;
  • Flexibility, and stable work history are welcomed.
