Job description:
- Assisting the Senior Photo Production Manager with overseeing the photo production process in the Styling Team
- Assisting with creating and managing the Styling Team’s schedule, while considering different targets and special projects
- Assisting with booking models and hiring freelancers
- Daily communication with the Studio Teams in order to ensure that all targets and deadlines are met
- Proactively thinking of ways to improve efficiency and support implementation
Qualifications:
- First experiences with photo production workflows ideally within the luxury fashion sector
- Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good understanding of digital photography
- Familiarity with the pace of an e-commerce production studio
- Flexibility, patience and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), German is a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office
