We now have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our Management team based in Berlin. We’re looking for someone to start immediately and expect the contract to run for 12 months.

Supporting our Leaders across the business, as a personal assistant you’ll be helping out your manager with whatever they need, from coordinating a diary to typing up reports or planning meetings. Within the team, you perform a wide array of administrative activities and special projects in support of a team, provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others helping to maintain an efficient office environment. In completing your role effectively, you will have a deep understanding of your business areas, King and any meaningful partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Your work is often of a confidential nature, handling calendars, booking travel, organising and processing expenses
  • You role will be to liaise with employees at all levels, so you have the ability to provide friendly support to all everyone.
  • Schedule meetings, including arranging technology, seating and taking minutes if required to do so
  • Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties
  • Submitting billing, expenses and work on given budgets
  • You take initiative in tasks needed and work autonomously
  • May also be responsible for running activities for a team / function
  • Your attention to detail, promptness and effective interpersonal skills are at the highest standard
  • Organise and run events and small projects relevant to area of work
  • Maintain existing databases to store files and data, etc; in specified formats.
  • You collaborate and share the knowledge to other EA’s and PA’s
  • Using your initiative, react quickly to situations and work to ensure each situation and solution is executed as expertly as possible.

  • Some experience of a similar role is ideal
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic numeracy & literacy
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to learn processes and tasks
  • Work on own initiative to set tasks
  • Work with a positive attitude and take initiative on requests and requirements
  • Communicate internally and externally in order to resolve routine queries or refer more complex issues appropriately

Tasty Bonus

  • Previous experience working in an international company setup
  • Experience working for a fast moving and growing company
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, German language skills are a bonus
