We are seeking a professional individual to add to our team in Dreilinden at the gates of Berlin as Marketing PMO EMEA

Roles and responsibilities:

Work closely with Marketing counterparts to understand the unit”s business strategies, objectives and revenue goals so as to assist in designing and delivering Marketing campaigns that support said objectives.Partner closely with Marketing stakeholders to coordinate planning, designing, development, resourcing and execution of marketing campaigns.Guide the development of the campaign strategy from a tactical, executional perspective and identify potential risks.Streamline the touch-points for a marketing manager to get a campaign launched, act as point of contact to x-functional teams.Work with internal/external and cross-functional resources to obtain needed input and/or services for execution-related tasks.Communicate planning and schedule status, issues and risks in a timely mannerIdentify potential issues and develop risk mitigation strategies. Resolve problems, planning issues, and project changes/challenges. Escalate unresolved issues requiring senior management attentionFacilitate, coordinate and project manage cross-functional team tasks and activities. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure accuracy of project tasks, on time completion, accurate communication and drive resolution of issues and constraints. These teams may include Marketing Managers, Web-Dev, Analytics, Legal, Database Marketing Brand, Agencies, Risk-Compliance etc.Follow-up with Marketing Managers and Agencies to ensure that creative assets are delivered to the Web Development team in such a fashion that Web-Dev work can begin as planned, and monitor progress of delivered assets through staging & handoffWhen relevant, ensure that the Campaign Analytics team is involved in setting up proper test plans and documents reporting requirements. Help develop and document campaign execution processes, templates, dashboards and communication cadence. This role requires the ability to understand big-picture strategy and understand how it impacts tactical execution. Document clear campaign execution process, templates and dashboards and post on a central repository. Help towards development of Project Manager capacity utilization model / dashboard for the wider campaign audience. Point new/existing marketing managers to this central repository for quick learning / refresher view on processes and how to execute their campaigns. Drive knowledge transfer and requirements to the extended teams through documented processes and, when needed, consult on the campaign execution. Planning for campaign launchesBe in touch with the regional point of contact for maintaining an integrated master calendar of all marketing campaigns and deliverables in EMEA. Help where necessary to gather the campaign/deliverables list for monthly Campaign Review meetings. Work with Marketing Operations team to understand/capture campaign resource demand, available capacity and utilization of resources etc. Work with marketing leadership on prioritization strategy for campaigns and regular prioritization setting sessions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Perfect mastering of English as a work language (German is not required but competence in one or more of the EMEA languages is a strong plus)
  • 6+ years experience in complex marketing production project management
  • Experience of the marketing production value chain at different steps
  • Successful track record in international marketing project management
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven multi cultural environment success, having worked abroad a significant period is a strong plus
  • Good recommendations
