Project ‘matchbox’ is a stealth venture backed by Kaya Taner. Taner co-founded both mobile app marketing platform AppLift and Honeypot. The new venture is now looking for a Co-Founder to join the team to build the next success story within the AI field.
Job description
- You are Co-Founder and take full responsibility for organization’s external facing side (e.g. BizDev, Marketing, Customer Success, raising funds and so on)
- You proactively improve and deal with the organization’s revenue column
- You hire, build and mentor incredible further colleagues
- You greatly add to make an organization culture that is accomplishment driven, strong and fun
- You design and co-set organized team targets and encourage your team members to accomplish them
- You build up a in-depth understanding for our market, its competitive scene
- You bring in solid ideas and aim for perfection
- You feel completely accountable for the overall success of the organization
Job qualifications
- Being fluent in English is required
- German fluency is very nice to have
- Finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or some other related field (candidates are normally in the 5-10% of their scholastic or professional peer group or have comparable accomplishments in different areas of life)
- 4+ years earlier working experience preferably in tech startups, strategy consulting or comparative positions and especially in external facing positions
- Preferably co-founded a venture already or high-responsibility position
- Solid leadership experience having managed teams of at least 10+ individuals
- Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Fundraising experience strongly preferred
- Greatly dedicated, eager and can-do state of mind
- Very strong number, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Solid attention to detail without losing the big picture
- Mindset and capacity to work/communicate in a fast-moving atmosphere
- Conviction that amazing things are MADE to happen :- )
