We are looking for a highly motivated person interested to challenge your project management skills to become our Localization Manager at Adjust. You will coordinate and be responsible for all translation projects from onboarding new translation agencies to managing internal stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for:
While managing daily tasks, your main goal will be to consolidate current processes, find areas of improvement, list all available resources and tie back to the overall company objective. Primarily this will be to translate everything into Japanese, Chinese and additionally translate certain assets into other local languages. You will plan and prioritise localization projects in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Turkish, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish, working on several projects at the same time. You will manage day-to-day relationships with internal stakeholders such as Product, Marketing team, Documentation and Events team on project matters, provide regular status updates and work on solutions to ensure on-time delivery. That means also to incorporate the 2 content managers to the localization workflow and make sure those are in sync with the region stakeholders. You will also be the one monitoring project progress, delivery and cost, while interacting with our product and marketing teams on a daily basis in order to recognize, mitigate and resolve risks and issues. Being really organized, a strong communicator and highly curious to find the best solutions will be the key to enjoy this role and deliver rewarding results. It would help you to onboard faster if you have already experience with CAT tools, ideally Smartling and some basic knowledge of Github.
