We are looking for a International Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) to support our International Marketing Directors Team at Delivery Hero in Berlin.
Your mission:
- Work with the senior team members to give budget & strategy guidance for the European and American markets of Delivery Hero
- Perform analyses to drive insights in how to further optimize and evolve the use of marketing channels as well as 360 campaigns
- Contribute to roll-outs of new marketing initiatives across the globe
- Work closely with stakeholders in the local or the central Marketing Team to help solving problems and find answers for hypotheses and questions around marketing performance
- Work closely with all central marketing teams (performance marketing, CRM, brand) to gain insights, identify opportunities and recommend improvement ideas
- Prepare for and attend monthly reviews with local marketing teams and follow-up on action points as needed
- Support the International Marketing Team with organizational & administrative task (e.g.organizing events, documenting best practices, controlling budget, develop processes)
Your heroic skills:
- A degree in business, marketing or economics
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role – online marketing, e-commerce or marketing agency experience are a plus
- First-hand experience with managing small or medium-scale projects
- Fluid usage of Excel, especially for reporting and data visualization
- Passionate about data, with creative problem solving abilities and an eye for detail
- The ability to answer business questions with clear insights, and then communicate to stakeholders
- Highly independent with a hands on approach to new challenges
- Very good at building relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; any additional languages are a plus
