Currently, we are searching candidates for an International Graduate Trainee (m/f) to start this March, 2016 or later.
During your training scheme at Movago, you will get an insight into the structures, tools and processes that are used in our company and contribute to the development process. Most importantly you will get to know the company from the ground and up.
Program Structure:
Over the course of the two year training scheme, you will have the opportunity to spend time in multiple business departments, including our Sales, Operations Management and one of your Country Teams. To add to this, for your final job rotation, you will get the option to choose between Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, Finance or Product Management which will allow you to obtain a position of responsibility.
Thus, this program offers a wide insight into the core of the company with the chance to rotate through different departments and gain experience of different functions.
Your profile:
- You have successfully finished your studies in economics, business, finance, mathematics, physics or a comparable discipline at one of the world’s leading universities
- You have experience in Team work and are prepared to contribute and put your academic skills to practice
- You are open-minded when it comes to welcoming new projects
- You are highly analytical and goal-oriented
- You work in a very structured way and welcome challenges to be able to grow
- You are proficient with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- You are self-reliant and highly motivated
- You have excellent communication skills with a hands-on mentality
