Job description

  • Support creation of marketing and communication plan
  • Include subsidiaries at onset in planning process for campaigns and topics of the division
  • Measure performance and provide quality assurance for tasks and projects you manage
  • Consult international units to keep branding consistent and improve the brands in international markets, in order to ensure design guidelines and marketing concepts and individual measures are followed
  • Consult international units on all matters dealing with public relations and target group-specific communication
  • Assist the implementation/securing compliance to subject-specific guidelines in the international units
  • Be involved in subject-specific international knowledge exchange initiatives and in the establishment of regular exchange formats with the international units
  • Collaborate on projects as an autonomous project head, also across divisions

Job qualifications

  • Marketing or communications focused university degree
  • International network building experience
  • Professional experience in communications / PR or marketing division or agency
  • Many years experience in project work and/or as project lead, especially in international project management
  • Relevant communication and marketing instruments proficiency
  • Knowledge of the insurance environment plus the sales and distribution processes of insurance / financial services favorable
  • Comfortable with new changes and projects
  • Interculturally and socially competent
  • Business English fluency, spoken and written  
  • Other foreign language skills would be nice to have, e. g. Chinese, Greek, Polish, Russian or Turkish
  • Strong willingness/flexibility to participate in international travel activities / work abroad for a specific time period
