Fraud & Billing Intern for Online Games (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring payments to detect possible fraud
- Customer support in different languages (ticket system)
- Resolving issues related to payments using merchant accounts
- Alerting engineering in case of failures in payment flows
- Work in a team and share information across multiple international teams
- Weekend shift at least once a month
Your qualifications:
- A French native speaker
- Working knowledge of English, any additional language is a plus
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Responsible attitude, punctuality, attention to detail
- Ability for multitasking (switching between activities when needed)
- Knowledge of common operating systems and MS Office
- Experience in online payment solutions is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games is a plus
