WE ARE SYKES and this is what we do:

We are an outsourcing company, which delivers customer service for international market leaders. We provide inbound call support, combined with new media platforms and email support. And because no two companies are alike, we work closely with our clients to deliver loyalty-building customer service and technical support. Service is our area of expertise.

In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different clients 🙂

WHO ARE YOU? – ARE YOU:

  • an excellent ENGLISH speaker?
  • willing to work flexible hours as the job demands? (our opening times are 24/7)
  • familiar with customer service?
  • having control over your computer …?
  • living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire?
  • willing to work 5 times a week?
  • able to start as soon as December 16th?
