Your Profile
- You’ve dealt with a large amount of customer service requests before through email for an online company
- You’ve been able to handle customer service requests efficiently due to your knowledge of how to most effectively provide customer service in a quality way
- You’re a self-starter and self-motivated. You are good at independently prioritizing tasks.
- You are able to handle a lot of information at once and are able to handle that information even as your environment changes
- You get along great with other team members.
- You love to learn new things and you have a solutions-oriented working personality
- You are amazing at your work. We want our customers to receive the best service.
Your Qualifications
- You have had at least one year’s experience in the field of customer service.
- You always learn fast.
- You can write and speak very well in English
- You are legally permitted to work in the European Union
