Our team in Berlin is looking for an experienced Online Marketer to take our email and push notification channels to the next level! You will be responsible for the success of one of our key growth areas and have a big impact on our customers. Leading the efforts of a cross-functional team to define and improve KPIs for customer loyalty and re-engagement will be your main responsability. Through highly targeted and inspirational messages, you will drive a meaningful part of the business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the customer loyalty and re-engagement strategy at GetYourGuide
  • Define customer use cases, creating targeting plans and messages
  • Test and explore new approaches, analyze results and iterate
  • Collaborate with and advise content and product teams on our messaging methods
  • Work closely with engineering teams to set up reporting and targeting
  • Keep up-to-date in the fast-changing world of push notification services
  • Identify opportunities and challenges in the business and use your strong communication skills to propose and drive action

Great candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of experience marketing with consumer-facing online products
  • Solid command of email and mobile push notification distribution methods
  • Demonstrated ability to positively impact business results
  • Marketing operational experience, having initiated and optimized important campaigns
  • Cross-functional experience working with visual and written content creators
  • Drive to make a big impact on our business and customers
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done
  • Experience working with online marketplaces and e-commerce
  • A passion for travel and the opportunity to make our customers’ trips amazing
