Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign strategy and direction by crafting, launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple online channels, e.g., Search, Display, SEA, Retargeting, Paid Social, Content, Video, etc.
  • Work with internal team for campaign development and planning to drive our lead acquisitions and growth through performance marketing
  • Establish and execute specific digital attribution approach to lower the CAC for campaigns and confirm alignment for KPIs across the digital strategy
  • Analyze marketing campaigns vs. goals/objectives and assist in the creation of presentations for key stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide knowledge of all new media industry trends and emerging digital channels
  • Manage budget towards predetermined goals/targets to deliver results

Qualifications & Skills

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Adwords and Paid Social Media, PPC, SEA, SEM
  • Hands-on working with Google Ads (Adwords) and Facebook Ads is a must
  • Hands-on experience in running a lead generation or demand generation is essential
  • You have good knowledge of online performance marketing channels and make it scalable and sustainable
  • B2C experience, as well as good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, are a must
  • You see yourself as an analytical, data-driven and solution-oriented person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
