You are known for your great communication skills (English native level) and you love helping others when they have a problem? If you’re also interested in medical education, we can’t wait to get to know you!

YOUR JOB

  • Responding to user requests on different channels (in particular e-mails & social media channels, but you should not be afraid of picking up a phone either)
  • Based on interaction with users discovering opportunities for university and student co-operations
  • Become involved in our social media activities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in a health-related/medical field
  • You enjoy working with people and solving problems
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken
  • English skills on a native level
  • Customer orientation
  • Interest in understanding (simple) technical problems (but no in-depth technical knowledge necessary)
  • Self-initiative & willingness to perform
