Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

- Promote tyntec’s services (enhancements, updates, new initiatives, maintenance) through the relationships you have fostered within assigned accounts leading to renewal and potential for new business
- Facilitate a seamless customer on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture business opportunities with customers at day-to-day and executive level
- Conduct proactive sales activities, including needs assessment, proposal development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales services
- Anticipate customers’ requirements and possible challenges – make our customers successful
- Identify potential issues within the accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to find solutions
- Proactively monitor service usage and customer satisfaction and address gaps against targets
- Contribute to the achievement of company goals, growth and profitability targets
- Represent tyntec at industry events and conferences

- Ability to initiate, establish and maintain executive level rapport with prospective and existing customers
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Possess the ability, attitude and energy to create and deliver new business opportunities with existing customers
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to switch between strategic and operational activities frequently
- Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
- Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
- Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally
