Our pioneer team Internationalization is growing – We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Success Manager full-time.

  • Be part of our fast-growing team and actively help us further improve and develop our service.
  • You are responsible for a great customer experience: starting with their on-boarding all the way to publishing their job ads.
  • Be the go-to person for our B2B clients and help them navigate the recruiting market: you are part of their journey by creating, optimizing, and improving their ads as well as answering their questions along the way.
  • Contribute to further improving our product by forwarding client feedback to our product team.
  • Cooperate closely with our driven Sales team to keep our database and CRM system up-to-date.


  • You love to help and interact with customers: ideally, you already have some experience in Customer Support, Relationship Management or another customer-related field.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch and you excel in verbal and written exchange.
  • Ideally, you have experience working in or around tech-oriented Startups.
  • Your organizational skills and level-headed mindset help you through challenging situations.
  • You are a native English speaker – German is a plus.
