Our software is the leading customer engagement platform created exclusively for the life sciences industry. Currently we are looking for you to join us as our next Customer Success Consultant to build, maintain, and improve our customer relationships.

Your role

  • Serve as a go-to contact for clients
  • Build, manage, and improve customer relationships
  • Create presentations and documents for current and new products and features
  • Develop processes and best practices for optimal utilization of the software
  • Give presentations and trainings online, on-site or off-site
  • Receive and evaluate customer feedback to strategically identify business needs
  • Identify key customer success factors and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Increase the ROI that customers get from BaseCase

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and customer-oriented
  • Able to work well within a diverse team
  • Familiar with commonly used software (e.g. MS Office)
  • Desire to learn, try new things, and solve problems

  • Entry level position
  • Full-time: 40 hours a week
