Join our rapidly growing Customer Service Team and take responsibility from your first day in office. With high season approaching, you will be responsible for one of our two teams, helping us serve our customers in the best way possible. Alongside the management of the team, you’ll have an eye on the targets as well as the smooth running of daily operations. If you have a knack for people and enjoy working in and contributing to a fast-growing business, we would really like to meet you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire an international team of up to 15-20 people
  • Conduct performance and people management, including performance appraisals and staff development
  • Deliver training and coaching sessions as well as weekly one-to-ones
  • Compile regular performance reports and customer feedback reports
  • Organize daily operations and workflows in an efficient manner, including scheduling and rostering of the team
  • Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service: 20-30% of your time will be dedicated to supporting customers (point of contact for complex and escalated queries)
  • Organize knowledge and proper documentation of processes and policies, drive process innovation as well as improvement
  • Recruit new team members

Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years experience leading a team in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus)
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a busy environment to deliver on productivity as well as quality targets
  • Passionate about people and delivering great customer service
  • Ability to adapt easily to changing systems and processes
  • Positive and driven, yet a patient and calm personality
  • A curious mind with a passion for travel!
