Job description:

  • Working with customers to make sure their trip is one-of-a-kind
  • Answer customer questions
  • Take care of bookings, up-selling and special requests
  • Inform team about new customer requests and offer suggestions to help provide better customer service

  • You have excellent English skills and are fluent in another language ( German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Dutch, Nordic) German preferred. Third language is advantage)
