The position Customer Order Specialist has opened in the Customer Order Desk department of SatAir (subsidiary of Airbus) in Hamburg. Disabled applicants with equal qualification are favoured.
- Supporting customers “Aircraft on Ground” material requirements by finding favorable solutions.
- Organizing and interfacing between the Airbus spare parts order procedure and the customer
- Providing the full customer order inclusive of initial receipt, sourcing, escalation and delivery follow up
- Providing the full customer order inclusive of Ensuring in-time delivery for all spare parts and related services to all Airbus customers’ worldwide using technical and commercial data
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- Able to be highly independent, creative, initiative-taker while constantly providing high quality customer service, even in high-pressure situations
- Nice to have: experience in customer service, aerospace technical documentation and material management
- Effective communicator in English, both verbally and written
- Skilled in customer satisfaction and communication
- Able to work as part of a team in a rotating 3-shift pattern
