Job description:
- Support our customers and drivers by answering phone calls and emails and work to resolve their queries in real time
- Handle internal administrative tasks such as dispatching and Service Control
- Proactively recommend our customers features and benefits of Blacklane services
- Provide consistent feedback regarding customer satisfaction as well as processes
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals
Your profile:
- Experience in a strongly service-oriented industry (Call Center, Hotel e.g.)
- You’re a brilliant communicator – both spoken and written
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills (Mandarin), additional languages are a plus
- You are convincing while also being personable, helpful, and competent
- A high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence and always open to new tasks
- You are willing to work in a shift model
- You are in possession of a valid work-permit for Germany
