Customer Happiness Officer – Mandarin (f/m)

Job description:

  • Support our customers and drivers by answering phone calls and emails and work to resolve their queries in real time
  • Handle internal administrative tasks such as dispatching and Service Control
  • Proactively recommend our customers features and benefits of Blacklane services
  • Provide consistent feedback regarding customer satisfaction as well as processes
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals

Your profile:

  • Experience in a strongly service-oriented industry (Call Center, Hotel e.g.)
  • You’re a brilliant communicator – both spoken and written
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills (Mandarin), additional languages are a plus
  • You are convincing while also being personable, helpful, and competent
  • A high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence and always open to new tasks
  • You are willing to work in a shift model
  • You are in possession of a valid work-permit for Germany
