We are currently looking for committed Customer Care Agents Inbound (m/f) for the Netherlands to support our team in Berlin.
Your responsibilities
- Your will communicate with our customers by telephone and email
- You connect our customer with the ideal cleaner…
- …and ensure satisfaction on both sides
- You will handle customer complaints or any major incidents by quickly providing efficient solutions even in high-pressure situations
Who we’re looking for
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a Call Center or Customer Support
- You have excellent communication and listening skills and a pleasant telephone manner
- You are a highly motivated, flexible and service-oriented person and your way of working is characterized by a high degree of reliability and organizational skills
- Moreover, you possess strong knowledge of the common computer programs
- You are flexible and willing to work sometimes during the weekend
- You are fluent in your native language (Dutch) and distinguish yourself by a good command of the English language
