As a Community Manager – German (m/f) you will be in contact with our German-speaking customers across a wide range of channels such as our own game forums and Facebook fan pages. You will be tasked with regularly providing customers and fans with information and answering their questions to maintain and develop their loyalty to our products.
YOUR JOB:
- Offer comprehensive customer care and community administration in forums, chat rooms and on social media platforms
- Act as the link between the community, our product managers, the developers and our Quality Assurance
- Analyze player structures and player behavior, produce statistics and reports on community feedback (suggestions for product improvement, bug statistics, etc.)
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the community and strengthen customer loyalty
- Plan and organize in-game events, community actions and real-world meetings
- Your goal: customer acquisition and customer loyalty in the German market
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have native-speaker level knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Experiences in community management in the gaming industry
- A passion for (online) games
- A very high standard of service and familiar with games
- Able to think outside the box to solve problems
- Strong communication skills and an open and friendly character
