BizDev Manager – South Korea & Japan

Job Description

  • Company BizDev responsible for Demand and Supply section, concentration: South Korea & Japan
  • Reach monthly and quarterly revenue goals, new deals to increase revenue growth
  • Form great partnerships with clients and big mobile applications developers in South Korea and Japan
  • Form sales strategy and work closely with the company’s department heads
  • Develop quarterly sales reports/forecasts
  • Meet regularly with clients/partners & lead c-level conversations with key accounts
  • Organization of  and participation in mobile sector events and trips to form new partnerships
  • Set sales and revenue plan, strategy and goalsfor BizDev for Demand and Supply teams
  • Launch and optimize campaigns
  • Provide integration support to Demand and Supply side with DSP, SSP and Adserver
  • Be mentor to intern(s) (as needed)

Job qualifications:

  • Online advertising and BizDev experience in international company (at least 2 years)
  • University Degree or more (focus: marketing) (a plus: experience working abroad)
  • English language (professional working proficiency)
  • Japanese or Korean (native speaker)
  • Major plus points for skills in any of these languages: Russian, Chinese, French, SEA languages
  • Previous/ongoing relationships in mobile marketing industry, network in South Korea and Japan
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Results driven, team player and creative thinker
  • Great analytical skills
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of online marketing sector and platforms such as DSP, SSP, Performance Network, API integration, ad slots and placements and Adserver
  • Great knowledge and interest in mobile entertainment. apps
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
