Your job:
- You provide excellent service with regards to all B2B requests on second level to our large customer base (EMEA region)
- You communicate on a professional level with all levels of the organization
- You provide support on all internal IT-systems
- You continue to observe market trends in order to continuously provide customer support and best practice
- You process incidents pertaining to wrong delivery, returns, customer complaints
- You generate reports that highlight and resolve customer challenges
Your profile:
- You have a relevant academic degree, preferably within Supply Chain.
- You have previous experience with B2B customer service, supplier management, project participation and reporting tasks.
- You are used to being measured on customer satisfaction and supplier performance.
- You have strong communication skills and are used to collaborate at all levels in an organization.
- You are extremely result-oriented and able to handle several projects at once. At the same time, you take an operational
- and pragmatic approach to task and challenges, and you keep your cool when things get hectic.
- You consider yourself a team player and get motivated by reaching results as a team.
- You have excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing. Further languages, i.e. Spanish and Italian is advantageous.
- You are able to collaborate and build trust across different cultures.
