a commerce agency, a global leader in promotional, retail and
shopper marketing. Based on market research, consumer behavior
studies and trend analyses we are developing market strategies and
activities for all communication channels – online and offline. We are
using tools like the Shopper Continuum to understand and leverage
consumer insights that accelerate people from living to looking to
buying.
As the network’s largest eCommerce hub, we cater to a set of
international and European clients and help them win at the Online
Shelf of key Pure Players and Bricks & Clicks like Amazon, Tesco,
Ocado, and many more.

In order to support our office in Hamburg, we are looking for an

Account Manager eCommerce (m/f)

How do big brands present themselves in online shopping
environments of major Pure Players and Bricks & Clicks? Just think
of Amazon, which role does content on this platform play in a shopper
journey? What are the fundamentals of a Content Strategy, what is
good content creation after all, how can brands activate the channel,
and how can we operate effectively and efficiently from project to
project? These are some of the day-to-day questions we’re facing in
the realm of our eCommerce assignments.

Now, we’re looking for you to support us.

Your role:
• You are self-responsibly managing and controlling your

projects

  • At the intersection of our clients and our creative teams, you

steer the development and implementation of eContent that
lives in the online retailer environment

  • You support the development of eCommerce content

strategies

  • You realize work in cooperation with the client and our partner

agencies

  • You are a rock-solid project manager and able to be a partner

to our clients

  • You have an eye for creative design
  • You are very detail-oriented
  • You have a passion for anything eCommerce and online

retail and are eager to learn, evolve and self-teach along the
way

Your profile:

  • Around 2 years work experience, ideally in a similar role or a

digital/eCommerce agency environment

  • Very strong project manager, great communicator and able

to see the bigger picture and make the right connections

  • Experience in steering the execution of projects across

different international markets and stakeholders

  • You value ownership and are confident to navigate a

frequently evolving and changing environment

  • Must be able to craft a strong presentation – both written and

verbal

  • Must have excellent English language skills (writing and

speaking), German language skills are welcome but not
mandatoryWe are a young, motivated and multicultural team of about 10

welcome!
