KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Direct representant of the HR in our offices in Nice and Hamburg
- Staff recruitment (Sales, Back Office): applications analysis, job interviews, contract draft
- Complete employees management: On/Off boarding, contract changes, sickness and holidays
- Preparation of the monthly payroll instructions
- Work in collaboration with the main HR office in the headquarter of Hamburg
- General HR office duties
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A degree in Human Resources or an equivalent education
- An expert knowledge of the French Labor Law and of the Tourism Collective Agreement
- Well experienced in the recruiting field
- Willingess to travel (Hamburg – Nice)
- Fluent spoken and written French is necessary (native level) and you have good skills in English
- Good organisation and effective time management methods
- Motivation, flexibility and high ambition
