Job Duties:

• Support our Production Manager on different task;
• Training on machines, in order to understand the production line (Deco Printing included)
• Scheduling of personnel based on client-demand schedules;
• Training on Material Management: including planning, monitoring and organizing incoming deliveries of materials and outgoing goods;
• Follow up on deadlines to ensure satisfactory service;
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to increase platform performance;
• Training on internal Quality Audit;
• Provide a good connection and cooperation between different departments;

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree;
• Fluent in English (C1 level);
• Intermediate level of German;
• Excellent computer knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook;
• Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends;

Personal characteristics:

• The candidate must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces;
• The candidate must be flexible to work in production line on machines if necessary, under supervision and, with the time independently;
• The candidate must be very well organized, resourceful, able to communicate with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with a high level of professionalism;
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds and races are required. The candidate must be able to work cooperatively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness;
