<li>Take care of the administrative tasks related to infarm’s employees, including managing our HRIS tool (BambooHR) for employees outside of the DACH-region</li>
<li>Provide labour law expertise and guidance to different stakeholders while ensuring the operations being up-to-date and in compliance with the law</li>
<li>Create legal documents e.g. contracts and reference letters</li>
<li>Provide insights into best practices in terms of personnel training and development</li>
<li>Provide insights into best practices in terms of development and implementation of company-wide guidelines</li>
<li>Drive improvement of processes to make the work of our team more effective</li>
<li>Assist the Expansion Team with regard to the employment regulation when setting up new international offices</li>

<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Administration</li>
<li>Knowledge of the German labour law and proven experience in the area</li>
<li>Solution-oriented mindset and being proactive</li>
<li>Very strong organization skills and high attention to details</li>
<li>Fluency in English (German is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong communications skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of any other labour law will be a plus</li>

<li>Verantwortung für das gesamte Talent Management für unser Sales-Department</li>
<li>Begeisterung von Vertriebsprofis und solchen, die es werden wollen, für unser Unternehmen</li>
<li>Enge Zusammenarbeit mit und Beratung der Hiring Manager und Teamleads des Bereichs zu allen HR-relevanten Themen</li>
<li>Entwicklung einer Rekrutierungsstrategie und Implementierung innovativer, kosteneffizienter und bedarfsgerechter Personalgewinnungsmaßnahmen</li>

<li>Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL, Human Resources Management, Wirtschaftspsychologie, o.ä.)</li>
<li>1+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting in einer Personalabteilung oder bei einem Personaldienstleister oder in einer vertrieblichen Tätigkeit </li>
<li>Erfahrung in einer hyper-growth company oder einem anderen dynamischen Umfeld</li>
<li>Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und das Talent, Menschen zu begeistern</li>
<li>Flexibilität und eine Mischung aus Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen</li>
<li>Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise Bewerbermanagementsystemen</li>
<li>Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau, sowie fließend Englisch</li>

<li>Preparation of the monthly payroll instructions</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with the main HR office in the headquarter of Hamburg</li>

<h2>DESIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE</h2>
<ul>
<li>A degree in Human Resources or an equivalent education</li>
<li>An expert knowledge of the French Labor Law and of the Tourism Collective Agreement</li>
<li>Well experienced in the recruiting field</li>
<li>Willingess to travel (Hamburg – Nice)</li>
<li>Fluent spoken and written French is necessary (native level) and you have good skills in English</li>
<li>Good organisation and effective time management methods</li>
<li>Motivation, flexibility and high ambition</li>
