As a Customer Service Specialist at GoEuro you will…

• Communicate between travellers, GoEuro and, in certain cases, our transport providers
• Be the first point of contact for travellers across multiple channels (email, phone, social media) for any inquiries related to their travel plans (e.g. questions about payments and modifying bookings, handling requests and complaints)
• Deliver and maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction
• Be proactively involved in creating and implementing new service processes and developing training manuals

Your Profile:

• You possess superior communication and problem solving skills
• You speak Spanish at a native level and have very good English language skills; additional languages are always valued at GoEuro
• You like taking ownership of cases and are passionate about helping customers
• You are well organised with a constant drive to optimise processes
• You are able to work under pressure and work towards set targets
• You are flexible in terms of working hours (late and weekend shifts)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered a plus

As our Country Manager for UK & Ireland you will:

• Lead and implement our growth strategy in train, bus and flight travel for the UK & Ireland markets
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with rail, bus and air travel partners in the UK & Ireland
• Lead the direction of a cross-functional team of product and business development managers, engineers, designers, analysts and marketing experts to offer travellers in the UK & Ireland the best way to find and book their travel options
• Work closely with your fellow country managers for markets across Europe, our business development team and other GoEuro teams to continuously improve our product, our value proposition for our partners, and our performance as a company
• Work closely with members of the GoEuro leadership team
• Achieve ambitious performance targets.

Your profile

• A proven track record of 7+ years leading cross-functional teams, managing senior customer relationships, and achieving ambitious growth targets, ideally in a fast-growing e-commerce environment and/or in top-management consulting
• A keen sense of how to solve relevant, real-world problems with technology and excellent B2C products. Online travel industry experience is a plus
• A self-starter who combines strong strategic thinking, solid analytical skills and the ability to lead diverse teams to deliver results, on time and on budget
• Excellent people and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the ambition to contribute to building a great company
• English at near-native level; other languages are considered as a plus

Job description

• Assume a key part in creating and forming GoEuro’s image by helping to develop the brand strategy and turning into the brand ambassador when it comes to copy
• Be actively involved in the improvement of the essentials of the brand
• Help with copywriting for organization basics (e.g. organization values, policies and so on.)
• Band together with Product Teams in the company to make meaningful content that will adjust our Product interface to our general Branding Strategy
• Be emphatically engaged with ideation and execution periods of hero campaigns by creating or evaluating inventive ideas and support on agency liaison
• Form messages for different channel campaigns (eg. display banners, App Store movies and descriptions and so on.)
• Work closely with the Head of Branding and Communication

Job qualifications

• You have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years experience in copywriting, ideally in an online business environment with a relevant consumer brand
• You have prior experience with a creative agency
• You have verbal and written communications experience are experience
• Native English speaker (additional languages also valued)
• You are flexible and able to plan and compose content for web and mobile interfaces, including interaction flows, product tours, transactional emails
• You love both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing for web and mobile experiences
• You understand what design thinking and user experience stands for
• You can work in a quick paced atmosphere with changing needs
