			<p>We are looking for an experienced and proactive Connectivity Partner Business Manager to integrate and drive our Partner Business Management team to the next level in our local markets.</p>
<p>Our mission is to drive connectivity of our inventory to the next level and support its performance to ensure our customers always have access to the latest vacancies and prices for incredible experiences. As Connectivity Partner Business Manager for EMEA you will acquire, enable and develop API partners in your region coordinating with our Sales and Product team. You will be reporting to the Connectivity Lead.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>

<li>Develop Partner Connectivity in EMEA by defining and executing on a Connectivity roadmap for each local office in the region</li>
<li>Support the EMEA Sales team on Connectivity topics e.g., in meetings with key suppliers and partners</li>

<p>Requirements</p>

<li>3+ years experience in Account Management, Partner/API Integrations or Business Development preferably with a background in the tourism or e-commerce environment</li>
<li>Fluent in English, another language spoken in EMEA is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German)</li>
<li>Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks, pro-active attitude and ability to work autonomously</li>

			<p>Join our rapidly growing Customer Service Team and take responsibility from your first day in office. With high season approaching, you will be responsible for one of our two teams, helping us serve our customers in the best way possible. Alongside the management of the team, you’ll have an eye on the targets as well as the smooth running of daily operations. If you have a knack for people and enjoy working in and contributing to a fast-growing business, we would really like to meet you!</p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Motivate and inspire an international team of up to 15-20 people</li>
<li>Conduct performance and people management, including performance appraisals and staff development</li>
<li>Deliver training and coaching sessions as well as weekly one-to-ones</li>
<li>Compile regular performance reports and customer feedback reports</li>
<li>Organize daily operations and workflows in an efficient manner, including scheduling and rostering of the team</li>
<li>Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service: 20-30% of your time will be dedicated to supporting customers (point of contact for complex and escalated queries)</li>
<li>Organize knowledge and proper documentation of processes and policies, drive process innovation as well as improvement</li>
<li>Recruit new team members</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years experience leading a team in a customer service environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus)</li>
<li>Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a busy environment to deliver on productivity as well as quality targets</li>
<li>Passionate about people and delivering great customer service</li>
<li>Ability to adapt easily to changing systems and processes</li>
<li>Positive and driven, yet a patient and calm personality</li>
<li>A curious mind with a passion for travel!</li>

<li>Work closely with engineering teams to set up reporting and targeting</li>
<li>Keep up-to-date in the fast-changing world of push notification services</li>
<li>Identify opportunities and challenges in the business and use your strong communication skills to propose and drive action</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Great candidates will have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience marketing with consumer-facing online products</li>
<li>Solid command of email and mobile push notification distribution methods</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to positively impact business results</li>
<li>Marketing operational experience, having initiated and optimized important campaigns</li>
<li>Cross-functional experience working with visual and written content creators</li>
<li>Drive to make a big impact on our business and customers</li>
<li>Willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done</li>
<li>Experience working with online marketplaces and e-commerce</li>
