For our company we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Agent (m/f) for the Dutch market who is not afraid of taking challenges and who supports our creative team pro-actively in Berlin.

 Your tasks

• You communicate via email and phone with our Dutch customers and cleaners and provide a first-class service
• You deal with complaints in a calm and competent mannner and can handle even difficult situations with success
• You help us guarantee the high quality of our cleaners
• You always stay service-oriented

Your Tiger skills

• You convince everyone by your open-minded personality and your first-class service mentality
• You are a team player and you love to work with other people
• You have excellent communication and good computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
• You speak Dutch at a native level and very good English

• You provide a comprehensive service to new and existing customers over the phone
• You take an active role in the creation and launch of new and existing sales products
