BaseCase is a software company with offices in Berlin and New York. We create interactive mobile apps for Pharmaceutical and MedTech companies, allowing them to engage more effectively with their clients.

As our next UI Designer you will

• Conceptualize, design, and implement mobile apps based on the needs of our customers with a focus on UX/UI, visual storytelling, and data visualization
• Influence all stages of each customer project in collaboration with Consulting and Design teams; from wireframing and storyboarding, to implementation
• Work at the intersection of marketing, health economics and mobile app design.
• Interact with clients, gathering specifics and implementing feedback

Requirements

• Work permission for Germany
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or comparable experience
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic/UI design
• Proficiency with Mac OS, design software (e.g. Sketch, Photoshop), and office productivity software (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
• A solid understanding of the core principles of effective app design (UX/UI)
• The ability to turn wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect designs
• An interest in communication, data visualization, layout and typography
• Attention to detail.
