Leading a team proficiently and customer service are what we need in an Assistant Store Manager. We intend to find someone to work in our new Munich shop, who will help motivate and run a team so that the customers get the best service.

The Job

• You will supervise and organize the shop daily.
• You will take care of the inventory in the shop to match our online supply.
• You will take on the tasks of the store manager when needed such as communicating with the head office.
• You will control the returns in a way that the customer is satisfied.
• You will improve yourself and the team.
• You will manage and throw events in the shop.

Your Profile

• You are learning-oriented, passionate and constantly looking for ways to improve and expand your skills.
• You are open-minded and understand the bigger picture of the company and its influence.
• You can manage crisis with a cold head and offer answers and help.
• You are a perfectionist when it comes to details and the neatness of the shop’s display.
• You prioritize the customers and focus on their needs.
• You are comfortable working in teams and diligent in completing the job.
• You have a high knowledge in English and German.
• You have worked for at least two years in retail management, preferably connected to fashion.
