<div>Main Purpose of the Job</p>
<ul>
<li>Enhance ComEx to deliver on the sales force effectiveness requirements and drive the change inside the business units (BUs) and local sales organizations</li>
</ul>
<p>Main Responsibility</p>
<ul>
<li>Cooperate with BUs and regions in developing a world-class sales force</li>
</ul>
<p>General Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform project management of SFE projects</li>
<li>Deal with sales optimization projects according to SFE model (OSFE)</li>
<li>Be the business process owner for all integrated sales processes in Medical</li>
<li>Support the BUs in developing and deploying world-class sales processes</li>
<li>Manage and develop sales process guidelines with BUs and regions</li>
<li>Identify best practises in the ISP with sales organizations</li>
<li>Manage the content of the ISP training with T&amp;E group</li>
<li>Train sales force on SFE key topics</li>
<li>Manage SFE with SFE KPIs through business</li>
<li>Be the &#8216;bridge&#8217; between BUs and regions (ComEx and Sales)</li>
<li>Drive utilization through SFE (Window Person Concept)</li>
</ul>

<p>Ihre Qualifikationen</p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Business Administration (BBA or MBA)</li>
<li>Experience and success as a sales representative in MedTech or Pharma preferred</li>
<li>Several years‘ experience in SFE management</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of SFE KPIs</li>
<li>Project management skills and experience</li>
<li>Know-how in managing a CRM system</li>
<li>Fluency in English (oral and written) and one other European language</li>
<li>Team player with excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Experience in working in an international environment</li>
<li>Credibility and integrity</li>
</ul>
