Job description:

• Assisting the Senior Photo Production Manager with overseeing the photo production process in the Styling Team
• Assisting with creating and managing the Styling Team’s schedule, while considering different targets and special projects
• Assisting with booking models and hiring freelancers
• Daily communication with the Studio Teams in order to ensure that all targets and deadlines are met
• Proactively thinking of ways to improve efficiency and support implementation

Qualifications:

• First experiences with photo production workflows ideally within the luxury fashion sector
• Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good understanding of digital photography
• Familiarity with the pace of an e-commerce production studio
• Flexibility, patience and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), German is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office
