Partner Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Partner Manager to support our Berlin office and thereby build and grow our IoT (Internet of things) Business, and will lead all aspects of the relationship between EMnify and our strategic partners.

You will be the main point of contact for our global network of partners, helping them to successfully deal with business opportunities and generally supporting their sales activities.

The position provides a unique chance for a hands-on person with Experience in dealing with key partners of various sizes and industries, to drive our exciting business to new levels.

You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth through partner engagement.

The ideal candidate has the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lifecycle analysis and identification
  • Growth Potential Analysis and review partners’ product usage and offer advice on how to increase usage.
  • Assist partners with larger business opportunities and deals, including involvement in presentations and proposals.
  • Support the overall team to help meet or exceed its growth target of partner revenue
  • Help increase sales from an agreed portfolio of partners
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with our partners
  • Liaise with other departments to communicate and represent the views and needs of partners.

 

What Experience you’ll need

 

  • Good communicator and able to build strong partnerships by telephone and email
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong influencing skills balanced with excellent customer care skills.
  • Experience working with partners through account management, product management, and business development engagements
  • Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, Product management and account management teams
  • Enthusiasm and being a good team worker are essential qualities.
