- Lead expanding of the sales department as it relates to customer service, warranty and spares as it fits into the strategy for growth
- Research business and local market activities for price levels, competitors and customer economic development
- Start and continue relationships with previous suppliers, internal departments and customers
- Negotiate service contract conclusions and prices
- Provide support to the Divisional Manager as it relates to organizational development and mixed sales and divisional controlling companies
- Manage customer service employees
Qualifications
- Finished with education in technical field or economics field
- Many years of leadership and professional experience in similar role
- Excellent skills in communication and customer service
- English and French speaking and writing fluency required. Other language skills such as Arabic preferable
- Open to global travel
- Good team player and self motivated and organized
