  • Lead expanding of the sales department as it relates to customer service, warranty and spares as it fits into the strategy for growth
  • Research business and local market activities for price levels, competitors and customer economic development
  • Start and continue relationships with previous suppliers, internal departments and customers
  • Negotiate service contract conclusions and prices
  • Provide support to the Divisional Manager as it relates to organizational development and mixed sales and divisional controlling companies
  • Manage customer service employees


  • Finished with education in technical field or economics field
  • Many years of leadership and professional experience in similar role
  • Excellent skills in communication and customer service
  • English and French speaking and writing fluency required. Other language skills such as Arabic preferable
  • Open to global travel
  • Good team player and self motivated and organized
