Job description

  • Works closely with strategic wing of European media agency and CMI to characterize, survey and consistently improve European media methodology
  • Takes after and guarantees expertise in media trends across channels, and proposes measures and opportunities to enhance media effectiveness
  • Informs the digital transformation agenda by understanding trends and working closely with the digital channel teams in order to test and learn
  • Coordinates with digital media agencies to execute social channel media plan and testing agenda
  • Works closely with brand marketing teams and creative agency in idea stage to expand effectiveness of campaign media mix
  • Close cooperation with media planner to execute plans operationally
  • In alignment with corporate retail calendar manager to inform 360 calendar

Job qualifications

  • No less than 5 years experience in marketing and an great understanding knowledge of marketing methods
  • University degree in economics, marketing or equivalent
  • Great understanding of the state of the art media strategy with clear targets and KPI per channel in place
  • Capacity to accomplish increased effectiveness of media strategies over time as indicated by pre-set KPI
  • Proven understanding with fact-supported proposals to fuel traffic growth and brand building actions
  • Experience in driving the digital transformation agenda
  • Close cooperation with main stakeholders in media strategy and planning community
  • Strong leadership and project running competencies
  • English fluency
  • Nice to have: skills in another European language
  • Nice to have: German language skills
  • Advanced understanding of Lotus Notes & MS Office applications
