We provide innovative ideas to original equipment manufacturers, first-tiers, and service providers. Our main office is in Berlin, with regional hubs in Tokyo and Taipei.

For our office in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• In close cooperation with the COO, defining the company marketing strategy
• Developing annual marketing budget, marketing plan and KPIs
• Executing marketing plan according to budget to achieve annual KPIs
• Assisting Public Relations in the definition of the overall company communication strategy
• Producing and managing all communication materials incl. company website, videos, brochures, newsletters, social media, etc.
• Producing and managing product communication materials
• Organizing and managing company presence at and sponsorships of trade shows and conferences in Europe and North America
• Organizing and managing “ATS Club” events in Europe

Essential skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications/business with minimum 4 years practical B2B marketing experience in both start-ups and multinational companies, ideally with some experience in the automotive or IT industry
• Extensive experience in organizing industry or company events
• Established network among marketing service providers
• Ability to manage budgets and KPIs
• Strong written and verbal English & German communication skills; Japanese or Chinese language skills are a huge plus
• Tech-savvy person with a deep understanding of the latest technology trends
• Willingness to travel
