For our customer in the banking area we are currently looking for a highly motivated Management Assistant (m/f) who provides support to the bank’s supervision department.
Your daily tasks:
Drafting and preparation of correspondence and presentations;
Typing, formatting and copying documents;
Preparing and maintaining internal files;
Maintaining electronic and paper registration and filing systems;
Updating databases;
Preparing documents for attendees to meetings, conferences and seminars;
Organisation of meetings, conferences and business travels that fall under the overall responsibility of direct superior;
Answering telephone calls, fax messages and emails;
Proof-reading and formatting documents;
Maintaining high level contacts inside and outside the organistion
Disseminating information to other management assistants within the business area.
Qualifications and experience:
A formal secretarial training would be an advantage
2 years s ecretarial experience
Excellent computer knowledge and familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
Working knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage
You should have proven organisational skills with the ability to take initiative, prioritise and flexibly switch between tasks and work accurately with an eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness combined with the ability and confidence to work effectively in a team and to establish and maintain good working relationships
