With 150+ contributors from all over Europe and the rest of the world, a unique community, full of enthusiasm, sportsmanship and knowledge, has developed. We stand for in-depth, up-to-date journalism and high quality media. We have formed connections to athletes of all levels, newcomers, coaches, photographers, business partners, customers and many more.

Your responsibilities

• Leading and implementing the editorial vision of the BOXROX online magazine
• Direction of content strategy and responsibility for all editorial initiatives
• Recruiting, guiding and managing a team of international content contributors
• Responsible for quality control of content in terms of style, tone, relevance, consistency and correctness
• Ensuring that both project and individual goals and targets are met in a timely manner
• Monitoring and implementing trends and best practices
• Developing and performing PR and product campaigns with our customers

Your profile

• 2-3 years of previous work experience in online content network / agency / marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), other languages, such as German, are an advantage
• Strong planning and organizational skills (Management skills)
• Excellent writing and editorial skills are a big plus
• Passionate about sports in general or CrossFit in particular
