This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to step up to the role of Talent Business Partner, joining a dynamic HR team. Delivering generalist HR and project expertise the Talent Business Partner will have a diverse and interesting workload, collaborating with various departments and regions across our growing international business with staff from more than 40 nationalities.
Working with the HR Director and in partnership with senior management; responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business area, ranging from managing employee relations, developing processes to support the business, supporting change management initiatives and any ad hoc project-based assignments.
The ideal candidate will hold HR qualifications and have proven generalist HR experience including employer branding, talent management, training and benefits. Experience delivering different projects simultaneously is important as is the ability to build positive relationships across the business. Previous experience working in Impact Investment is desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities:
Support Line Managers dealing with strategic people plans and day to day people management
Including performance management, coaching support, development plans and succession initiatives
Review and develop HR policies and processes, to ensure that they are fit for purpose and the HR department offer a high level of support to the business
Work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator and Hiring Managers on talent planning in each department, identifying top talent and skill gaps
Liaise with Recruitment and Marketing in defining a talent acquisition and employer branding strategy that attracts purpose-driven global talent
Support the HR and Training colleagues in defining guidelines and tools that support employee learning and development
Developing organisational structures that support the business, promote efficiency and build line management capability
Partner with senior management to understand and monitor Learning & Development needs across the business as well as delivering and sourcing solutions
What we expect:
University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Extensive generalist HR experience including talent management, employer branding, performance management, coaching, change and L&D
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great command of the English language
Good project management skills, negotiation skills and the ability to multitask
Able to lead on the delivery of a wide range of ad hoc HR projects as and when required
Recruitment experience including talent planning
Developed interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
